How the books are made
Each booklet is printed to order — nothing is printed until you buy it, and nothing is pulped. The interior is printed on 80 gsm uncoated cream paper; the cover is heavy card with a matt laminate. Books are A5 (148 × 210 mm), perfect bound with a square spine. Because they are made for you, allow about 5 working days for printing before dispatch.
Shipping
Books are printed in England and posted by Royal Mail within the UK and by tracked international post elsewhere. Typical delivery: UK 2–4 days after dispatch, Europe 5–10 days, North America and the rest of the world 7–15 days. Sets ship together in one parcel.
Returns
If a book arrives damaged or misprinted, email us a photograph within 30 days and we will send a replacement at no cost. Because every copy is printed to order we cannot otherwise accept returns of undamaged books, but if something is not right, write to us and we will sort it out.
